By using the Splitto application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Splitto is a mobile application that allows users to monitor and manage recurring expenses, including subscriptions, split payments and mortgage installments. The Service includes cloud sync features and offline functionality.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service fraudulently or in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' data
  • Transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  • Copy, modify or distribute the Service without authorization

4. User Account

To use some features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and the activities that occur through it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of any material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law, without reference to its conflict of law principles.
